Building 177

Building 177, originally the Naval Library, has  been newly renovated with wood floors and white walls, and is a wonderful blank space for your event.  The space has grand vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and offers over 7,000 square feet of versatile space. Designed specifically with events in mind, guests flow naturally from our scenic outdoor patio, an entry foyer, and our main hall. We also have designed bridal suite for brides and their bridal parties to enjoy. For corporate events, we have the option to add on break out rooms and conference spaces at the Command Center, just steps from Building 177.

Building 177 hosts up to 425 guests for a seated reception and 750 guests for a cocktail style party. Our rates vary from $4000 to $6500 depending on the day of the week and the season. We look forward to chatting with you and hearing more about the event you are dreaming up.

Inventory

Each of our BLDG 177 venue rentals include the set up and tear down of our inventory. Before your rental start time, our staff will have the inventory set up and ready to go so you can begin designing the space to your preferences! Inventory includes (but is not limited to):

  • 60” round tables

  • 6’ banquet tables

  • White resin chairs

  • Cocktail tables

  • A portable metal bar

  • Podiums

  • Bose ceiling speakers + microphones

In addition to the included general inventory, we also offer rentals, such as projector + screen, market lights, stage riser, farm tables, + more!

Sometimes planning an event can be overwhelming, but we’re here to help.
